Cygwin from a Disk

Cygwin also allows you to download the files that you need to a disk, take the disk home, and then install from a local directory. This would be an excellent choice if you have a slow/no network connection.

Download to a Disk

To download to a disk run the installation program on a machine, such as in MSB 160, with a good Internet connection.
